About me
I live and work in rural Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
The bulk of my work is comprised of highly textured abstract paintings, using acrylic on canvas. I also enjoy using polymer clay to create images and sculptures. I also from time to time make jewellery, using many materials, both new and recycled.
I am inspired primarily by colour, closely followed by texture. I am fascinated by the patterns that nature presents to us and these motifs occur frequently in my work.
